Ingredients (in order)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Half of an onion
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- MEDITERRANEAN Bar to Cook
- 4 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of frozen vegetables
- 1/2 can of red kidney beans
- 1 1/2 cup of small pasta
Preparation
1. In a saucepan, cook your onion in the olive oil.
2. Add the diced tomatoes, salt & pepper
3. Add and melt your MEDITERRANEAN Bar to Cook.
4. Add 4 cups of water.
5. Cover for 10 minutes.
6. Add the frozen vegetables, red kidney beans & pasta
7. Cover for an additional 10 minutes
8. Serve & enjoy ! :)
