Preparation
- Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into your pan.
- Cook the chicken strips until golden brown. Salt to taste. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add the finely chopped onion. Let it brown for 2 minutes.
- Then add the vegetables: mushrooms and peppers.
- Salt everything to your liking.
- Add a square of the bar (recipe for one person). The entire bar for a recipe for 3 people.
- Add 30 ml of water to melt the bar.
- Add the spoonful of tomato paste and then the cream.
- Let everything simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
- Serve over penne.
- Sprinkle with parsley, it's delicious!
