Ingredients (in order)
- 5 tbsp of olive oil
- Half an onion
- Mix of bell peppers
- Half an eggplant
- Half of a zucchini
- 1 tomato, cubed
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- PROVENCAL Bar to cook
- 1 1⁄2 cup of water
Preparation
1. Cook your onion in the olive oil
2. Add the bell peppers, eggplant, zucchini & tomato
3. Add salt & pepper to taste
4. Add the PROVENCAL Bar to Cook & water
5. Cover for 20 minutes
6. Serve & Enjoy ! ;)
