Beef Stir Fry - Moroccan Vegetables | Moroccan Bar

Ingredients R ecipe for one person (1 square of the bar) Recipe for 3 people (the whole bar)
60 gr of finely chopped onions.
Equivalent to 1/2 onion.
120 gr of finely chopped onions.
Or 1 large whole onion.
100 gr of beef strips. 300 gr of beef strips.
60 gr of peppers cut into strips or 1/4 of each color. 180 gr of peppers cut into strips or 1/2 of each color.
60 gr of zucchini cut into strips too. 1/4 of a zucchini. 180g of zucchini cut into strips too.
1 small zucchini.
60 gr of green beans. 180g of green beans.
1 to 2 good pinches of salt. 3 to 4 good pinches of salt.
1 square of the bar. The full bar
(3 squares).
15g tomato paste or 1 tbsp. 45 gr of tomato paste or three tbsp.
1 quarter of a lemon. 1 half lemon for juice and decoration.
200 gr of couscous. 600 gr of couscous.
Fresh coriander, to your liking.

 

Preparation

  1. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into your pan.
  2. Add the beef strips and brown until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Brown the onions for 2 minutes in the same pan.
  4. Add the vegetables: zucchini, peppers and green beans. Let cook for a few minutes.
  5. Put the spoonful of tomato paste.
  6. Salt everything to your liking. We put 2 pinches of salt for a recipe for one person.
  7. Add a square of the bar (recipe for one person). The entire bar for a recipe for 3 people.
  8. Add 90 ml of water to melt the bar.
  9. Add the cooked beef and simmer, covered, until the vegetables are al dente.
  10. Let everything simmer covered.
  11. Serve over couscous.
  12. Sprinkle with coriander and squeeze the lemon, it's delicious!
  13. Enjoy your food !

Note: The bars are intentionally very lightly salted to suit all diets. To enhance the taste, feel free to salt your recipes to your liking.
