Preparation
- Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into your pan.
- Add the beef strips and brown until golden brown. Set aside.
- Brown the onions for 2 minutes in the same pan.
- Add the vegetables: zucchini, peppers and green beans. Let cook for a few minutes.
- Put the spoonful of tomato paste.
- Salt everything to your liking. We put 2 pinches of salt for a recipe for one person.
- Add a square of the bar (recipe for one person). The entire bar for a recipe for 3 people.
- Add 90 ml of water to melt the bar.
- Add the cooked beef and simmer, covered, until the vegetables are al dente.
- Let everything simmer covered.
- Serve over couscous.
- Sprinkle with coriander and squeeze the lemon, it's delicious!

Note: The bars are intentionally very lightly salted to suit all diets. To enhance the taste, feel free to salt your recipes to your liking.
