Ingredients (in order)
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Half of an onion
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- INDIAN Bar to Cook
- 4 cups of water
- 1 1⁄2 cup of uncooked red lentils
- Naan bread or basmati rice (or both 😉)
- A spoonful of plain yogurt
Preparation
1 - Brown your onion in the olive oil
2- Add a salt and pepper to taste
3- Add your INDIAN Bar to Cook
4- Add 4 cups of water & red lentils
5- Cook it for 20 minutes unconvered or until all of the lentils have absord the liquid
6- Serve it with naan bread or basmati rice & enjoy !
