Crevettes Panko | Chapelure avec la barre de sauce Espagnole

Panko Shrimp | Breadcrumbs with Spanish Sauce Bar

Ingredients :
- 1 bag of shrimp
- 30 gr of Panko breadcrumbs
- 30 gr of grated Spanish bar
- 2 eggs
- flour
- neutral oil (sunflower)

Preparation :
 - Grate the entire Spanish bar (30 grams)
- Mix the grated bar with 30 grams of Panko breadcrumbs
- Make 3 soaking tubs: Flour / 2 beaten eggs / Panko breadcrumbs and grated Spanish bar.
- Dip the shrimps in these 3 containers then season them well with salt
- Fry the coated shrimp for a few minutes.
- Serve with a nice mango salad
- Enjoy your food !
