Ingredients (in order)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Mediterranean Sauce Bar
- 4 cups of water
- 1/2 cup assorted frozen vegetables
- 1/2 cup red beans
- 1 1/2 cups pasta (shell pasta or other small pasta of your choice)
Preparation
- In a saucepan, cook the onions in olive oil
- Add the crushed tomatoes, salt & pepper
- Add the Mediterranean sauce bar
- Add the 4 cups of water
- Cover for 10 minutes
- Add frozen vegetables, red beans & pasta.
- Cover for an additional 10 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
