Harira Chickpea and Bean Soup | Moroccan Sauce Bar

Ingredients (in order)

  • 1/2 can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • Moroccan Sauce Bar
  • 1 small can of chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup green lentils
  • 4 cups of water
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chopped coriander

Preparation

  1. In a pot, brown the onion in olive oil
  2. Add the crushed tomatoes
  3. Add the Moroccan Sauce Bar then 4 cups of water
  4. Add chickpeas, lentils, salt and pepper
  5. Cover and cook for 20 minutes
  6. Decorate with chopped coriander
  7. Serve and enjoy! ;)
