Ingredients (in order)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g of cubed veal
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Half an onion
- 1 tomato cut into cubes
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- The Mediterranean Sauce Bar
- 1 cup olives
Preparation
- Cook the veal in olive oil until golden brown
- Add salt & pepper to taste on the meat
- Add the onion and tomato
- Melt the Mediterranean bar and add the water
- Add the olives
- Cover for 20 minutes*
- Serve & enjoy! ;)
- For more tender meat, you can cook it longer.
