Veal Stew with Olives | Mediterranean Sauce Bar

Ingredients (in order)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g of cubed veal
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Half an onion
  • 1 tomato cut into cubes
  • 1 1⁄2 cups water
  • The Mediterranean Sauce Bar
  • 1 cup olives

Preparation

  1. Cook the veal in olive oil until golden brown
  2. Add salt & pepper to taste on the meat
  3. Add the onion and tomato
  4. Melt the Mediterranean bar and add the water
  5. Add the olives
  6. Cover for 20 minutes*
  7. Serve & enjoy! ;)
  • For more tender meat, you can cook it longer.
