Ingredients (in order)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup onion and peppers
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Tex-Mex Sauce Bar
- ½ cup water
As a garnish:
- Tortillas
- Onions and peppers, cooked
- Avocado, cubed
- Tomatoes, diced
- Sour cream
Extras- Grated cheese, lime, cilantro, salsa, lettuce, etc.
Preparation
- In a frying pan, brown the onion and peppers in the olive oil and set aside
- Cook the chicken breasts in the same pan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add Tex-Mex sauce bar and ½ cup water
- Simmer for 15 minutes or until desired consistency.
- Top your tortillas with the chicken, cooked vegetables, avocado, tomato and sour cream
- Serve & enjoy! ;)
