Ingredients (in order)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ onion
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- The INDIAN sauce bar
- 4 cups of water
- 1 ½ cups raw red lentils
- Naan bread or basmati rice (or both 😊)
- A spoonful of plain yogurt
Preparation
- Fry the onion in olive oil
- Add salt & pepper to taste
- Add the INDIAN sauce bar
- Add 4 cups of water then the red/coral lentils
- Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until lentils have absorbed liquid.
- Serve with naan bread or basmati rice and enjoy
