Chili à la viande | Barre de sauce Tex-Mex

Meat Chili | Tex-Mex Sauce Bar

Ingredients (in order)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ lbs ground beef (or other ground meat)
  • ½ onion 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • Mixture of diced red, orange and yellow peppers
  • The TEX-MEX sauce bar
  • ½ can of black beans
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream Coriander (if you like)

Preparation:

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until it begins to brown, then the onion in olive oil.
  2. Add the whole can of diced tomatoes and the peppers
  3. Add the TEX-MEX cooking sauce bar (the water in the can is enough to create a nice sauce with the bar)
  4. Add the black beans
  5. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with sour cream and cilantro
  7. Serve and enjoy!
