Ingredients (in order)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ lbs ground beef (or other ground meat)
- ½ onion 1 can of diced tomatoes
- Mixture of diced red, orange and yellow peppers
- The TEX-MEX sauce bar
- ½ can of black beans
- 1 tablespoon sour cream Coriander (if you like)
Preparation:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until it begins to brown, then the onion in olive oil.
- Add the whole can of diced tomatoes and the peppers
- Add the TEX-MEX cooking sauce bar (the water in the can is enough to create a nice sauce with the bar)
- Add the black beans
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream and cilantro
- Serve and enjoy!
