Ingredients (in order)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Half an onion cut into small pieces
- 1 large eggplant, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups water Salt & pepper (to taste)
- The MEDITERRANEAN Flavor Sauce Bar
Preparation

Cook the onion in olive oil until it turns brown.
2. Add the eggplant and brown for at least 5 minutes
3. Add the tomato paste
4. Add water
5. Salt & pepper to taste
6. Now add the sauce bar and melt it into the preparation 7. Cover for 20 minutes
8. Serve & enjoy! ;)
